C'mon, Christmas!!

Here is my sample card for this weeks Stampin' Royalty Challenge!
It's a sketch challenge, which i always find the easiest of all the challenges..Check out the sketch below...

I may have mentioned once or twice before (or a hundred times) of how i love all things Christmas!  I would say that 75% of my stamp collection is all Christmas themed...i won't even mention my collection of patterned paper! (i just so happen to have a patterned paper sickness!)
This card was easy to put together, but the thing i think needs a little explaining is the embossed portion. I cut a panel using the Labels Collection framelits, but only put it halfway through the Big Shot so it would give this scalloped panel look... then i stamped the images, then ran the whole panel through using the embossing folder. I paper pierced the edge of the piece using the Festive Paper Piercing Pack.  I then stamped and cut out the Poinsettia, then added glitter to the center.  The rest was really easy!
Be sure to head over to Stampin Royalty to see what the other Goddesses made, and take the challenge while you're at it, and be sure to post your creation!

Picture This!

Here's this weeks sample for the Picutre Inspiration Challenge at Stampin' Royalty!
It's pretty easy to figure out and actually very easy to put together...
I started out with a Naturals White cardbase and a Sahara Sand panel. I then cut a Naturals White panel and embossed just the bottom portion with my Big Shot/Stripes folder.  I added 2 strips of Naturals white, one on top of the other (it's hard to tell they are actually layered from the picture)
I then cut a strip of Sahara Sand Patterned Paper and made it into a 'banner'.  I cut 2 shapes from the Apothecary Accents Framelits, in Sahara Sand & Naturals white, then stamped the flowers in Sahara Sand, then colored them with a blender pen.  I stamped and punched out the sentiment, and punched the heart of Cherry Cobbler cardstock. I sponged the edges of all the elements, added some piercing, then put them all together!

Here is my sample card for this weeks Stampin' Royalty Challenge, which is a color challenge!  Soft Suede, Crumb Cake, and Pool Party!  When i saw those colors, i had SOOO many ideas!  but i needed to make a card for my dad because his birthday is coming up, and he likes ships, so i thought this would work out nicely!
Did a lot of sponging, stamping, and crumpling for this one! it has lots of textures!
