Ok, this picture doesn't translate this card very well....the sentiment piece is actually Sahara Sand but looks grey.
but I stamped and colored the little celebrating mice, stamped the white polka dot background with white craft ink and a pencil eraser!
The rest is easy to figure out, scallop edge trim, ribbon, buttons, and an easy rectangle sentiment layered over the top of the image.
