It's my hubby's birthday, so I needed to make him a card. We have a running joke between us that he likes to be the one to have the remote if we are watching TV together.So I thought I would make a card befitting him!
The best part was, it just so happens this weeks challenge over at Stampin' Royalty is masculine cards! I have to admit that cards for guys are the most difficult for me. I'm glad they did this challenge because seeing what other people come up with will help me get some ideas/inspiration!
It was really tough coming up with this one too. I do have to say though, that the colors of the main portion of the card did not translate well in the picture. I was using a combination of natural light from my window and a lamp, but because it was really overcast yesterday, the lighting was not the best for taking a picture.

Unfortunately hubby doesnt smile much, its a weird personality trait I have but I liked the card. It was definitely fitting of my persona. I'm still waiting for my birthday present though, a winning lottery ticket would be nice :)
